BOOKING FORM:  

A booking form is completed

AFTER payment is received. 

Please fill out completely. 

You reserve your Main Backdrop,

Centerpieces,

Specialty Food Display,

Bonus items and Wildcards and

any extras you pay for.
The guaranteed list items are available

to you at pick up also.  

CHANGES: 

You may change any item, at any time,

as long as the new item is available.

WRITTEN ORDERS:

  You are welcome to text, call, social messenger me with questions.  But when it comes down to what you want, ALL ORDERS MUST BE IN WRITING

PAYMENT: 

I do NOT hold items without payment. 

You can put as little as $200 down. 

Payment in full is due 30 days prior to event date. 

I generally bill through an online invoice. 

Anyone with the invoice can pay it.
If you pay in full when you book,

you get an additional Bonus Item for Free.

EXTRAS:

  Must be paid in full at time the extras are reserved. 

We highly recommend 30-90 days notice for any extras or they may not be available.

FIRST RESERVED:

Reserved items are on a 1st Reserved basis. 

I always recommend to get your reserved items booked.  Many items in my extensive inventory are unique,

hard to find items, I cant replicate.


PICKUP: 

Takes an average of 90 minutes. 
Pickup is normally 2-3 days prior to your event. 

Normal Pickup days are Weds to Friday. 

Other days may be available by request ONLY.
If your wedding is NOT Friday-Monday, please message me about pick up arrangements,

LOADING: 

Needs to be able to pick up items that weigh up to 50 pounds (Barrels weigh 75 Pounds).

You are responsible for loading/unloading your vehicle.
Packing:  We provide totes and packing materials for items taken.  We inventory and pack all items for you.

RETURNS:  

Returns generally take 30 minutes. 

You are responsible for unloading and putting Large items into their original storage space.  Totes of smaller items are put in an area for inspection.  We try to inspect items upon return for damage/missing items.  It can take up to 48 hours for this inspection.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

There is a minimum CASH $100 Security Deposit. 

This is paid at pick up and normally returned within 48 hours of return of items less late fees, damages or any other charges.
